The Department of Pharmacology primarily focuses on imparting knowledge and skills about drug discovery, drug development, drug administration, pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics, safe and rational use and prescribing of drugs in clinical practice to the students from medical, dental and paramedical specialties of the University.
The department aims to cultivate a deep understanding of pharmacological principles, foster research and contribute to rational drug use. The department is dedicated to not only to educate and research but also shaping responsible, skilled professionals.
