The Department of Cardiac Anesthesia provides specialized anesthesia services in the perioperative management of coronary artery bypass surgeries, heart valve repair and replacements, surgeries on the aorta, pediatric heart surgeries, repair of complex congenital heart diseases, thoracic surgeries and helps in handling interventions and emergencies in the cardiac coronary care unit.
